1. We collect your personal information when you apply for a course or make an enquiry.

2. We collect information that is necessary for the provision and administration of the courses or services you are seeking.

3. We also collect and use your personal information where necessary to improve our courses and services, our business process and to communicate with you.

4. We always keep your data safe and secure and where we share your data with the awarding body to fulfil the purposes of making an award, we make sure they follow our instructions and keep your data secure.

5. We will never sell your data or pass it to a third party.

6. After successful completion of a course, we will retain your details and course assessments for 18 months for external verification purposes by the awarding body.

7. If you have enquired about a course but have not enrolled, then you can request deletion of all your details by sending an email to info@NCTonline.net.
